Elsea Park is a residential community in Bourne, managed by the Elsea Park Community Trust, a resident-led, not-for-profit organisation. The Trust maintains and enhances public open spaces and community facilities, funded by mandatory yearly payments from property owners.

The overarching objective of The Trust is to ensure that Elsea Park is a good place to live through the delivery of our Mission and Vision, and upholding our Values.
Elsea Park Community Trust (The Trust) is a resident led, not-for-profit organisation, which was established under a Section 106 (S.106) Planning Agreement. The obligations of The Trust are to manage, maintain and enhance the vast public open space and community facilities within Elsea Park.

Urban Beach ’26
A Summer to Remember
We’ve loved seeing so many families, friends, and neighbours come together and make the most of Urban Beach ’26. From relaxing in the sunshine to joining in with our entertainment and activities, it’s been fantastic to see Cookes Field brought to life and enjoyed by so many people in our community.
Your smiles, laughter, and support have made our first Urban Beach truly special, and we hope it provided a chance to relax, have fun, and create some great summer memories close to home.
