Elsea Park is a residential community in Bourne, managed by the Elsea Park Community Trust, a resident-led, not-for-profit organisation. The Trust maintains and enhances public open spaces and community facilities, funded by mandatory yearly payments from property owners.

The overarching objective of The Trust is to ensure that Elsea Park is a good place to live through the delivery of our Mission and Vision, and upholding our Values.
Elsea Park Community Trust (The Trust) is a resident led, not-for-profit organisation, which was established under a Section 106 (S.106) Planning Agreement. The obligations of The Trust are to manage, maintain and enhance the vast public open space and community facilities within Elsea Park.

Annual Extravaganza
Our Elsea Park Extravaganza (or Picnic in the Park) is an annual event held in the summer months at the Community Centre run by our volunteer Directors with the help of the Events Team for the residents of Elsea Park.
There are many activities ranging from rides for the little ones and a variety of other activities for all ages. Live bands can also be heard from the patio area. Inside you will find teas, coffees and delicious cakes being served. There may be a competition or two that you could enter, so watch this space!
This is a great chance for Elsea park residents to come together and enjoy an afternoon of fun and entertainment .
